Cancellations

If customer wishes to cancel the services, he/she must give UpTunes at least 48 hour notice. Any cancellation after that point will result in forfeiture of deposit, and/or half event cost and due immediately. Weather delays/cancellations may be not be subject to forfeiture and will be taken in consideration.

Payments

Payments may be made via (Cash, Check, Major Credit Cards, PayPal) Balance must be paid in full by end of event.

Music

UpTunes will play songs (chosen by customer, from a specific set list, unless otherwise discussed. UpTunes will take requests from customer and/or guests of the event, provided that the requested must be in music collections and/or that time permits.

Damages

Customer Named agrees to pay for all damages to UpTunes equipment caused by the negligence by customer or any of the event guest
